After a brief introduction and guided meditation, the healing transmission will last for about half an hour to 40 minutes. Participants simply sit or lie down and relax to receive the healing transmission, which will be working with each person individually to give exactly what is needed in the moment.
The energy will work powerfully even if I can’t see you on the screen, so if you prefer to remain anonymous, it’s fine to mute the video/point the camera elsewhere.
The energy is as powerful via a recording as it is in person, and can be listened to as many times required, allowing you to experience deeper layers of healing each time.
